Yes. Both are included in the MLS photography packages, with the final photo count based on the package and the spaces available to photograph. Drone imagery, floor plans, virtual staging, and twilight sessions are not included.
Have the property clean and ready before arrival. Clear counters, put away personal items, make beds, open blinds where appropriate, and arrange access to every space you want photographed. Property preparation and staging are not part of the photography package.
Market Maven Studio is based in Cypress and serves nearby Houston communities. Travel within 20 driving miles is included; over 20 to 35 miles adds $25. Farther locations receive a custom quote before booking.
Yes. The starting editing package covers up to five minutes of supplied footage, one finished video up to 30 seconds, basic captions, and one consolidated revision round. Longer videos and more complex edits receive a custom quote.
We will discuss conditions and coordinate an appropriate plan before filming or exterior photography. Scheduling, rescheduling, usage permissions, and payment terms are confirmed in writing before you book.
